Professional, dependable, and truly proud of the work they do. It’s hard to summarize how great my experience was. I’m remodeling my basement and needed extensive underground plumbing work to replace and relocate pipes. I also needed the old water and gas lines replaced and moved throughout the basement to fit the new design, along with several other plumbing upgrades while everything was opened up. Brandt, the estimator I worked with before the project began, was great—easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. He made me feel confident that the team would do quality work. I couldn’t be more grateful that Andrew was assigned as the installer for my project. He arrived on time every day, kept me informed, and walked me through the progress at the end of each day. It’s rare to see someone take such genuine pride in their craftsmanship these days. The work turned out great—so much so that I actually enjoy just looking at it. The next major project will be new HVAC. Korrect will definately get the call.

Fast and efficient. Friendly and courteous. Took extra care to protect the area from potential dirty water with a drop cloth under the sink and kitchen floor. They explained how the pricing works upfront on the phone. No hidden surprises. Not really a negative, but I say this about all companies who come into a person's home, they should all wear or offer to wear slip on shoe covers.

My wife was home alone at the time, and the technician was extremely mindful of that and made her feel completely at ease. Patrick arrived promptly and had our kitchen sink drainage issue resolved within an hour. We will definitely use Korrect again!

We had a big problem and they were able to schedule someone to take care of it before the day was over. Josh Benallo was friendly, professional and did an excellent job. We highly recommend him and Korrect for all your plumbing needs

These guys have been here 3 times in the last week, to save my rear from difficult repairs, in my 180 year old home. Both techs named Zack, and Cleveland, deserve 10/5 stars for being efficient and incredibly knowledgeable about OLD boiler and sewer systems in this money pit of mine. I could not be more pleased with their abilities and ALSO (and perhaps most important to me) the fact that they didn't just sell my info to google and proceed to try to peddle thousands of dollars worth of modern solutions, that I could't afford. I will CERTAINLY dial this number again as I rehab my bathrooms, and for future boiler issues. After being stood-up and overcharged by several different companies before this, I am a very happy customer. Thanks guys.

We had our water heater go out on us on a Tuesday. I called Korrect and they had a team out within 3 hours. They were fast: they removed our old water heater and had the replacement water heater completed within 90 minutes. They were very professional and knowledgeable, upfront with pricing, and were very considerate of our space and house (using drop cloths to walk on and cleaning up after themselves). We've previously used Korrect to remove an old water softener and install a new one, which was completed with similar professionalism and upfront pricing. Very happy with the service that we've received!

Our water heater stopped working, it was 16 years old so we weren’t too surprised by it. The Korrect install team came out not long after I called. They installed our water heater same day and took great care in removing our old one. They answered all of my questions and made the whole process easy and took the stress out of it. Would highly recommend this wonderful company!

Top notch service everytime I have used Korrect plumbing. They are a bigger outfit where you might assume they would be higher priced based on their size and newer equipment but its actually the opposite. They usually come in cheaper and their quality in work is superior. Ive had them come in behind other plumbers and do what others said couldnt be done and for less money. Don't waste your time or money calling anyone else.

I was very pleased with results of the major repair that was accomplished in my home. Korrect Plumbing found the leak in my kitchen drain pipe that went to the main drain. I had plumbers working in my kitchen for 3 days to jack hammer the slab in my home to access the corroded cast iron pipe that is 70 years old. The men that were assigned to the work were very knowledgeable, along with being very polite and professional. They also kept the work area very clean which I greatly appreciated. Everyone I had to contact at Korrect during the project was very easy to work with and very professional. I will call Korrect Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. Thanks Korrect

After making a call to Korrect Plumbing for a non emergent issue, a plumber was dispatched within 2 hours to fix our faucet and he was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and got the problem resolved promptly and at a reasonable price. We are exceedingly pleased. He even got toilet in the same lavatory to stop dripping.
